Recruitment Overview:

Ascent Equity Partners (the “Firm”) is hiring a Research Analyst Intern with competitive experiences in capital market and client services, and degrees (but not limited to) in business, economics, or related areas. A full-time Analyst offer upon completion of the program shall be given to exceptional Research Analyst intern.

The Firm is seeking candidates who will be available in January 2026.

Your Responsibilities:

You will be involved in investment team’s various activities including documentation of memo and internal reports, in-depth research on industry, targets, etc., and assist in portfolio management.

Qualification:

Recent or prospective bachelor’s degree holders

Strong passion for investment

Professional proficiency in written and spoken Korean and English

Good communication and time management skills

Proficiency in MS Office is a must and strong knowledge of accounting, financial analysis, and valuation is a plus

Prior experience in investment banking, private equity or consulting is a plus but exceptional candidates without those experiences will be considered

Internship Period: 3 months

Salary: Above minimum wage (to be discussed)
