Program Structure

You will join the MARK(Global Markets) teams (but not limited to):

  • Monitor and cover daily cash positions and nostro accounts
  • Execute money market transactions and ensure dynamic funding strategies
  • Execute FX & Interest Rate derivatives to ensure activities are inline with desk mandates.
  • Assist with management and execution of High Quality Liquid Asset portfolio
  • Understand essential regulatory requirements/ratios and ensure activities are compliant

Your Profile

Final year students or recent graduates of Bachelor or Master degree from any disciplines with excellent academic results and the following qualities:

  • Recent graduate or candidates with less than 1 years experience
  • For experience candidates, knowledge of local regulations and KRW market activities preferred
  • Detail-oriented, analytical and natural acumen for numbers
  • Strong interest and some knowledge of Foreign Exchange, Money Markets, financial markets products and monetary policies
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Advanced knowledge of Excel and VBA
  • Dynamic team player who is able to work and communicate with colleagues across regions
  • Fluency in Korean is required

Application Timeline and Process 

  • ~ 3 July 2026: Application - An online test to assess behavioral/reasoning/language skills of candidates. Candidates will need to complete the test within 72 hours upon receiving the test link.
  • Mid - Late July 2026: Shortlisted candidates will participate in interviews with the hiring manager and HR, with additional rounds conducted if necessary.
  • Early August 2026: The final candidate to be announced.
  • Mid Aug 2026: The successful candidate will be on-boarded.
