ICG Private Equity/Mezzanine Internship 2H26 Season

Job Overview:

• As an intern at ICG, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our private equity investment professionals. You’ll gain exposure to various aspects of the private equity industry, including deal pipeline evaluation, financial analysis, and market research. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about private equity/mezzanine investment and want to contribute to meaningful investment decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Financial Analysis: Assist in modeling and financial analysis. This includes analysing historical financial statements, projecting future performance, and assessing valuation metrics.
• Due Diligence: Review deal materials and conduct due diligence on target companies. Evaluate industry trends, competitive landscapes, and growth prospects.
• Portfolio Monitoring: Help monitor portfolio companies. Track financial and operational performance and assist in building internal materials.
• Collaboration: Work closely with teammates and attend meetings.

Qualifications:

• Background: Strong academic or internship record preferably with major in finance, business, economics, or a related field.
• Analytical Skills: Proficient in financial analysis, MS Office, and data interpretation.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to review complex documents and extract relevant information.
• Curiosity: Eagerness and high energy to learn about private equity space and contribute to the team.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with colleagues and contribute to team goals.
• Language: Native level fluency in both Korean and English.

• July 1, 2026 - December 31, 2026 (subject to discussion)
