Position Qualifications:

Candidate must be highly motivated and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and a sense of urgency. A successful candidate must have: integrity; humility; a ceaseless desire to learn; strong analytical and quantitative skills; strong communication skills; research abilities; and comfort working in a high functioning team environment. Knowledge of private equity investing and an internship at a top tier investment bank or consulting firm are preferred.

Position Description & Responsibilities:

The Internship role is a 6months position based in TPG’s private equity investment team in Korea. The program is scheduled to commence in June 2026. In a multi-faceted role, the Intern will assist in the assessment and execution of investments in public and private companies across various industries. The Intern will also assist in performing quantitative and qualitative analyses such as: valuation and financial modeling, strategic evaluation, and company due diligence. In evaluating potential investment opportunities, the Intern will assist with all aspects of due diligence, including financial, legal, tax, accounting, strategic and deal structuring issues. Additionally, the Intern will assist in monitoring current investments.
