Job Description

1.     Opportunity: 3-Month Internship (Start Date: Apr 13^th, 2026)

2.     Department: Investment Division

3.     Responsibilities of the Role

                           I.          Analyzing and evaluating investment opportunities based on industry trends and financial performances

                         II.          Assisting in drafting investment memoranda for potential acquisition target companies

                        III.          Preparing other memos and documents for meetings if necessary

Qualifications

       I.          Basic knowledge in finance and accounting

     II.          Professional proficiency in both written and verbal English and Korean

    III.          Strong analytical and qualitative skills, work ethics and attention to detail

   IV.          Demonstration of maturity, confidence and ownership over work

     V.          Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is necessary

   VI.          Prior internship experience in investment banking, management consulting or private equity is a plus
