Job Description

• Start date: ASAP
• Period: 3~6 months (6 months preferred)
• Selection process: resume submission & interviews
• Location: Seoul Finance Center (Gwanghwamun, Seoul)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing support to origination and execution of transactions
• Create presentations and analyses for both internal/external use
• Assist in financial analyses, valuation, and transaction modeling
• Extensive research on global industries, companies, and businesses

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English and Korean
• Basic understanding of accounting and corporate finance
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Proven team player with strong multi-tasking skills
• High interest in financial markets and private equity investments
