Elevation Equity Partners는 해외 SI와 함께 Compose Coffee를 인수한 후 포트폴리오 기업 관리를 비롯하여, 그 외 여러 섹터에 대한 투자 건을 검토하고 있습니다. 

Elevation Equity Partners 투자팀은 IMM, Citi IBD, BCG 출신으로 구성되어 있으며, 소수의 최고 인력 및 수평적 문화를 지향합니다.

6개월 이상, 투자팀과 함께 근무 가능한 인턴을 채용 중입니다.

* Responsibilities:

- Analyzing and evaluating investment opportunities in Korea

- Performing valuation analysis and building financial models

- Actively managing the transaction process with bankers, accountants, lawyers and consultants

- Monitoring and analyzing the operating and financial performance of portfolio companies.

- Drafting transaction- related documents, memos and presentations

- Industry, market and technical research

* Qualifications:

- Superior financial analysis and modeling skills

- Keen understanding of the M&A transaction process

- Strong analytical and problem- solving skills, with an emphasis on sound business judgment.

- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, writing and presentation skills.

- Demonstrate confidence, maturity and social acumen.

- Fluency in English and Korean
